Kedra (formerly known as Chorigovo) is a captivating mountain destination in the Municipality of Agrafa, in northwestern Evrytania, very close to the natural borders with Karditsa and Aetolia-Acarnania. The settlement lies at an altitude of 700–900 m, with its traditional neighborhoods — such as Kentro, Diaselo, Platanias, and Ano/Kato Satos — painting a charming picture of village life. Every summer, usually in July or August, Kedra comes alive with the traditional Sarakatsani Gathering! The village square fills with music, dancing, and a joyful atmosphere, inviting locals and visitors to celebrate until late at night. In addition, other music festivals take place in August, depending on the annual program of the Municipality and local associations — a wonderful opportunity to experience the authentic rhythm of tradition!
