From Krentis, a typical village of Evrytania, the dirt road to the village of Agrafa begins, a beautiful route. From the very beginning, this route offers an amazing, panoramic view of the valley of the Agrafiotis river. The road and the river follow "parallel lives" and the first meeting takes place at the bridge of Varvariada. Three more such meetings will follow over bridges as far as Agrafa.

The second meeting of the road with Agrafiotis, the bridge of Karvasara, is also the gateway to the most imposing and wild part of the route. Here the traveler moves along the narrow road in the shadow of the towering rocks, with only the lively splashing of the river's waters, which turn hastily and run away towards the lake of Kremaston, against the direction of the route.

The unique experiences of this route continue to the fork. On the left the road leads to the villages of Epiniana (with the famous Holy Monastery of Stana), Trovato (with the amazing “bridge” made by nature itself, the Piasmeni Gi) and Vraggiana (with the historic church of Agia Paraskevi) and right towards the village of Agrafa. Following the direction to the right, the traveler should be careful not to leave behind the bridge of Kakou, over Kakorema, without seeing it. This beautiful stone bridge is hard to spot hidden in the lush vegetation.
